I think I've found my camaro

Well I think I have found the Camaro for me. It's a 2011 2SS with 33,708 miles on it. Price is $22,975. It's silver and is certified pre-owned. I plan to put down 3K. Any tips or things I should look for before going in and doing business. Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.

8k a year in miles doesnt look bad. being certified helps so you might get some kind of warranty. research blue book value beforehand. good luck and post pics whenyou get it!

I'm a car salesman, as a matter of fact...though I prefer the title Sales Professional/Consultant...Promise I'm not a douche; Unless loving good ol' American V8 Muscle is douchey...Then I totally am...but I digress.

Are you a member of any credit unions? How's credit?

Don't put all the eggs on that Carfax thing , no one knows for sure what happen to any car at any point besides the owner !
Carfax only can ( if that) report what was done to the car while on a shop that reports it to them , just saying

Easy bro...USAA has some of the most aggressive financing around. Just give them a shout and tell them you're buying a vehicle.

Especially since you say your credit is average...What is "average" to you, btw? Regardless, always good to go in with your own financing option, and ESPECIALLY since you're with USAA...but just in case they don't want to play ball when you get to talking about financing (they will ask. or SHOULD).

Do you know your credit score offhand? If so, how? I always have people coming in with Credit Karma stuff, and that shit is NEVER right...It can get you a basic ball-park idea, but usually off by 30+ points...and even being off 10-15 can drastically effect someone's financing options. You can PM me if you'd like.

If the owner had an mechanical issue , then the insurance has nothing to do with it , therefore no report , and the list can go on from there

What are the difference between 1SS and 2SS. I've noticed on the car I am interested in buying it's silver and the ss logo on the grill and back are also silver/grey but on others they are red. Is that an indication of the RS package and if so what are the differences between regular SS and non-RS package.
