I voted for them to win, I rooted for them against my wifes favorite team, just to make the evening interesting, but most of all...
I supported them out of respect for the guys I work with..., most of them are from Southern Miss or Louisiana, and all of them are rabid Saints Fans...through the good years, (few that there have been) and the bad years...They remained fans... there are no fair weather fans of the New Orleans Saints...Dem folks from Louisiana are true to who dey are, and where dey come from... They are Cajuns... Geaux Saints... My True opinion though, Brees and the Kicker need to be co-MVP's... The kicker kept their spirits up and the game in reach until the offense and defense found their rhythms and got their acts together... Three kicks over forty yards in the superbowl, in his rookie year, something never before done... WOW... just WOW...
