Hey Guys,
Anyone going to the NY auto show at the Javits Center?
Any discounted tickets offered? Or parking vouchers?

Its not for the faint of heart. After almost 20 hours of driving I was overwhelmed when I finally arrived.
Between people driving like rabid animals, Not having the slightes idea of WTF im going relying entirely on Gps. A zillion road signs. Potholes,,, Potholes everywhere! Paralel parking, just think about your cars with their pointy noses, wide hips and angled tail, just the thing for bumper to bumper parking..Im sure everyone here wants to hang one of those heavy, ugly bumper guards on....Not to mention the constant stereotypical fear of getting car jacked, or getting your radio boosted...(Its actually pretty safe)
On the other hand, a freshly washed and waxed black camaro looks absolutely Bad Ass on the city streets..
Thumbs up to you guys in NYC..
I drive my car to BMCC in TriBeCa everyday. I love driving by and seeing everyone's face light up when they see my car. Especially in time square. People can't help but admire my car. I even give them a quick rev, and even the cops give me a thumbs up. LOL! I love NYC!

Which I have not seen so far. (like the issues the mustang as with its tranny). The things I wonder about with the camaro are how will I feel about that trunk space (especially as a photographer). I checked it out and I am able to fit all my current gear in trunk. The other issue is how will I feel about the limited sight lines in a car I drive everyday in NY.
I am thinking its something I would just adapt to. I do a fair amount of driving. 18,000 miles a year. So yea I want to make sure. design wise I love the car.
I fit my entire studio in my trunk... including autopoles, softboxes and a beauty dish. It's all about organization and spatial relations haha you can do it! Especially when you fold down the back seats, it works out well.

Thats cool baby lamb. I did spec it out and it does just fit all my stuff with a tiny bit of room to spare. Don't forget also need room for a sub.
Although I am always buying new gear and my bags seem to be expanding. lol.
I am tempted though to take out the back seats all together since they are basically worthless anyway and put sub back there. Something I will look into.

How many of you guys drive your camaros in NYC?
How do you feel about it?
