fitting different bolt patterns?
Hey guys, I was just curious if there is any way you could fit a wheel with a differing bolt pattern with an adapter plate or something like that?
Edit: Well, after some research I found some adapter plates, but I am also curious on how well it remains integrity, for instance if I want to put some drag radials on these rims will it be okay?

i wouldnt trust that shit. thats just me though, buy the right tire for the bolt pattern already on there, plus the spacers i have seen are anywhere from 1.5-2 inchs thick, so thats a hell of an offset.

Well, the wheels I found are by Breyton design- which is a BMW specific thing- and if the Camaro's bolt pattern is the same as the previous it will be 5x121, but the BMW is 5x120...should i just dremel it or ..."shove" it on then?

get different wheels. or find a manufacturer that will make those, or contact breyton and see if they will make them for a 5X121

Aye they screw up your bearings fast and are just a bad idea. (well on C4's but we have cheap non roller bearings).
This car is gonna be a hit and the wheel industry will pick it up. BTW Can we get Chevy to confirm the wheel hub math? Might want to get that out to the wheel companies so they can get to work. |

Just buy your bolt pattern. There are plenty of great wheels for 5-lug patterns, so Camaro owners won't have many problems. It's simply not worth the expense to pay for more parts to put on the wheels you like.
