Dani also said the local Cobra club is meeting there Sunday but should be gone before we get there. She didn't know if it was AC Cobra's or Mustang Cobras.

They'd like us to park on the LEFT side of the road as you pull in. This is the side opposite of the airstrip.

Yummy!!!!! Love kielbasa and kraut!! Just really hoping the weather cooperates......gonna be a fun time!!

Real men don't care about the rain.
Only warm beer can ruin my day.

With all the planning and the list of names continuing to grow, is it possible for a rain date ??

I don't view this as a rain or shine event. If it's pouring, I have no desire to go. Not because I have a convertible and HATE TO EVER have the top up but the rain kills the social aspect of everyone getting together, BS'ing and checking out cars in the parking lot.

Let's allow the weather models to work over tonight and tomorrow and see what their prediction is. If Sunday is supposed to be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain, we roll. If solid rain is predicted for all morning, I say cancel.

I have to make a call Saturday to Van Sant Airport so they have an idea on food. I'll watch the weather in the morning, check accuweather app and by mid-afternoon make the call and post here and on first page.

Sorry in advance to anyone not thrilled with whatever decision is made, it won't be perfect.

Rain Date: We do not curently have one. I'll see if I can figure out the poll function here and get one started for everyone to vote. It will NOT include Sunday 20-OCT. That's the Bucks County Bicyclists Club covered bridge ride and the roads around the airport will be littered with people wearing spandex and we don't need a repeat of the Range Rover/biker issue like in NYC
