Camaro Caliper Covers, who's got em?

Anyone have these?

http://www.chevymall.com/Camaro-Cali...fo/JS634/1051/

I am wanting to do something like this

https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...79739541_n.jpg

Is this what I should get?

How do I install these (Do I have to take my wheel off to put the cover on?

Anyone know of a cheaper method of doing this (Besides painting of course) are there cheaper covers out there?

I bought a set of these a couple of years ago, in red, with the Chevrolet bowtie on them for around $150 if I remember correctly. I fitted them to the car without removing the stock 20 inch wheels, in about 10 minutes tops, and I'm no mechanic. Here's the vid:

I have them, did not remove my wheels, just took some time to fit them on snug and tighten down with limited swing of a ratchet. But probably took me 1/2 for all of them. I like them, and it's easier than painting them.

I have the red ones with SS in front and CAMARO in the rear.

I like them since they make the black wheels stand out even more.

Have them since summer 2011. Easy install but easier with wheels off. They do protect and reduce brake dust on the wheels.

I also went with the MGP covers and chose the custom engraving option. A bit more pricey, but worth it to me.

The second link you posted looks like someone painted the actual V8 brembo calipers.

Covering up Brembo's just seems like a sin to me.

I'd paint them but what ever floats your boat.

Even the V6 brakes can look nice if you polish them smooth and then paint them.

I have had these on for about a year now and love them. I only paid $199 on Amazon, though. $339 seems outrageous.

I had them on my V6 and paid $189 for them. They are the best meaning great looks and they are functional. I never had brake dust on my Giovanna Dalars. These covers can't be beat. I didn't put them on my SS because I don't have the heart to cover up my brembos. I want to enjoy them for a while. Also I hear that with the brembos they are a good fit with the stock wheels but you may need a spacer for certain aftermarket wheels. If you have the V6 its a no brainer. The MGPs are a must have. They really turn an ugly caliper into a work of art. I got more attention with the MGPs than I do with the Brembos!
