Have you tried a new PCM yet? Being a Tune shop (our main focus) we've seen this a good number of times. Some pcm's are worse than others like the P12 but I have seen a handful of E38's and E67's do this and the only way to fix it is to get another.

Poor Aeromotive and Autometer LOL. Seems like they were getting reamed before the problem was figured out for sure. I've always had great luck with both companies. I'm glad your issue was resolved though!

next issue is no fuel pressure with the key on....pump runs....no pressure....but prime the ALKY meth pump and Garth Vader fires right up. I have noticed that the pressure gauge takes a good 20 seconds plus to start registering 58psi at the Aeromotive regulator. Damn, its nice to have my car back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad to see your getting it worked out. I'm curious to. What's faster to 120, the falcon or your car?

Sounds like it just needs to use the meth as a starting fluid. Not a big deal.
Where in DFW are you? Got a job interview Monday in Flower Mound.

Car running great, its that after the car sits overnight i have to push the alky test button to get the car to fire up. After it has run it starts fine, just takes up to 10 seconds to get the fuel pressure up to 58 on the gauge on the regulator. I wonder if since it was tuned with the big Aeromotive eliminator pump that the start up fueling needs to be adjusted since i am now running a single walbro 400lph at startup now. Im not a tuner but i am wondering?
