Yea I've heard the V6 is a pain in the ass to do headers on. The V8 is simple. Unbolt everything up top and drop the manifolds down, slide headers in from underneath and go back up top and bolt everything up. Its a little more difficult if your ONLY doing headers and trying to get them attached to your existing catback. Amputee's car is gonna be a cake walk cuz were dropping the whole exhaust system and starting from scratch so there won't be any alignment issues with the headers and catback.

I've been thinking of doing the same thing. My engine compartment gets HOT. I really noticed it going up the hill from Borrego to the restaurant.

Swap meet on Monday at the Q. Starts at 8 car show and swap meet. I will be there checking out the rides around 8:30. Who wants to meet up?? Then do lunch or a cruise.

Rob I was planning on going, I wasn't going to take the Camaro because I had posted earlier and nobody responded, so I was just going to check thing out. Anybody else out there going. ?

I will be there but not putting the car in the show. Just checking the cars out and doing some parts hunting. Be there around 8:30 if you guys want to hang out look at the rides and do some swap meeting. See whoever shows up there. I will bring the Camaro

Had Camaro project day at my house today. Me, Mike (Sprankster), and the other Mike (03Amputee). Saddam even showed up for a few.



Installed my Heritage grill and Street Scene lower grill. Painted the calipers With G2 brake caliper paint kit in blue and added white brembo decals.

Fun day today
