...I've done lots of garage benchwork porting on cylinder heads and intake manifolds in the past, so I'd definitely like to see some vid's of your work! The snout is the first place I would start to remove casting flash.

The inside of this blower is a clusterfxxk.. the actual power seems to come from the snout and inlet in the lower. I do a large amount of cleaning up in the runner area but its sooooo bad im not sure if its worth it or not..

I will show pics of the areas im talking about.. the lower area of the runner right where it meets the head is a disaster. . Everything you kniw about flow is completely ignored by eaton.. there is a huge flat spot air crashes into where the bolt goes, and on the other side is a huge step..I work on that the most. I spend time rounding the towers where the injectors go as well..

my other port thread shows some of this.. if you want a sneak peak look it up. Im sure you can pull its up under my screen name.

The port job in my zl which was absolutely stock when I did it resulted in like 25 or 30 wheel... its been a while.. that thread shows alot of what I do now but not all.. the zl blower is coming off this winter to get rewirked.

the v gets here in a few hours
