Time Frame
Hey all, I ordered my camaro on 6/22 after a few weeks of being stuck on 1100 my dealer had another dealer order the car for me and I recently got the code 3000 on the 28. when i original ordered the car I was told early august i would get it so i planned a road trip in sept. but now im worried i may not get the car in time for it. any one here now how long it takes from a car being at 3000 to get shipped out? and could it arrive by sept 4 in cali
thanks again |

Really you should have gotten it in early august but he probably didnt order till July. Even still im in the same TPW as you and most likely you will get it the last full week of August. Im hoping to get it slightly sooner since im in Ohio and i think your in CA but i could be wrong, but if you are thats a long way from the factory lol.

I know my dealer ordered it on 6/22 I got a workbench order and when i asked for a look up on here it said 1100, and the date for it was 6/22. mid July my dealer called me and told me because he had 7 2010 camaros he was not put as a priority to have another camaro order so he had another dealer about 80 miles north order the car for me same price, and with that i was giving the 2000 code a few days later after the new order was place.
I just hope the car comes in time I dont want to borrow a car (only have a gas guzzling company work truck) my road trip destination has non-refundable tickets, and the half of the reason for my road trip was looking forward to getting to drive in my new camaro. |

Im still reasonably sure you'll get it before September though. Probably will be late August though.
