Railcar status says that its been placed in industry. Or that's at least what I thought I understood the automated system to say anyway. What does this mean? Also order no longer shows up on chevy order tracker site.

Last week you checked on my order and I was able to search on Chevrolet.com and see the status of my order (you had more information though). Now it has disappeared saying there are no matches in the system. Can you check again for me? Order number QZTW12.

still shows 4200 shipped on my end, but
if it's placed in industry, I believe it's at the
end of the line and will be unloaded next
