AFCO Dual pass Intercooler/ w fans
I bought this kit trying to protect my engine. Heat is bad and everything I read this is the first step to control any measure of adding boost. Question has anyone seen actual dyno of the HP boost adding a new intercooler. I have seen a Temp. Dyno dropping intake Temps about 25 deg. I also want to somewhat protect Warranty so I am debating Headers. Intercooler will only help with stress on engine.

an upgraded intercooler doesn't actually make horsepower, it keeps you from losing horsepower to heat causing a net increase. Good upgrade especially with increased boost. At stock boost levels, you will most likely see little difference in performance.

Make sure you bleed it properly. I posted a video on how to verify it.
