Jerry's been kicking my ass. He's really figured out his car. He hit a 51.xx on the blue course.
I need to use that lap timer. I think I just get lucky sometimes. We sure do miss that Boss out there El Jefe...

Yea, I've missed the last few races because of work. Looks like I won't make it out until December. I'll still be working OT next month, the F1 race in Austin is the same weekend as the November event, but come December it's on like Donkey Kong.

Y'all keep the updates coming, I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates them!

What is a good place to get a good alignment here in corpus. Going with a aggresive alignment for the drag strip....

We will be doing a modified green course for the next 3 months. We will not do the first part that was on the concrete. We will start with the progressive slalom til we hit the T, then it's kind of like the blue course til we head back thru the progressive slalom to finish line. I'll see if I kind get a copy of the course we approved.

Here's video of the new Green Course. It's about .66 of a mile long. I only hit a top speed of 54. Thats was practice speed, not all out. It has a lot of cones to manuver thru. I think we should have cut some out to increase speeds but I was overruled.

They kept putting added turns in to slow us down. It cut out a lot of straights to go faster. The first part is fun. Take it to the left to the 180. It not a 180 but boxed corners. You can see that it's the same speed as a 180. After that they screwed everything up. Too many manuvers to go thru.

Ray is right. The 1st part is FUN going out and coming back. The rest is so so... Goof for small cars but not for us. Its like a 2nd gear track. except for the 1st BOX 180. You have to go to 1st on that.
