Exclamation Track Results are in for 2010 CAMARO SS w/ cold air intake & ecu tune!!

Ok guys, took the car out to Baytown, Tx last night to test our prototype cold air induction system. We did not have a weather station but I can tell you the humidity was high like always in the Houston summers. Temperatures were around 85* at night time. We made a total of 9 passes. 3 stock, 3 tune only, and 3 LMR CAI&TUNE. Here are the averages:

STOCK- 13.46 @109.01

TUNE ONLY- 13.25 @109.88

LMR CAI & TUNE- 13.09 @110.82

Worst pass of the night was a 13.56 and Best pass of the night was 13.03 @111.14.

Will start mass production of our cold air induction systems on Monday.

Considering the weather conditions those are some impressive times and impressive gains. Got any pics of the intake? Pricing?

I really hope that these cars start to really loosen up once some miles are put on them. If they are going to stay this way the times are pretty disappointing.

I too would like to see some pics of the CAI.

I like those really low 13s, you think with an exhaust, tune, intake it will hit below 13?

Very nice

13.4 @ 109 mph is pretty good for 80 degree humid air. My guess is the DA was probably +2000 ft.

But it seems like guys are having trouble launching the new Camaro's. Because 109mph trap speeds, should be good for 12.9 - 13.0 flat in the 1/4 mile with a decent launch on street tires.

I managed 13.3 with a 105 mph trap speed in my stock 06 GTO. With 110mph trap speed I ran 12.9 (lightly modded). So the Camaro should be able to do the same (run high 12s with around 110 mph trap speeds).

If we were in better weather I belive this car would have run consistent 12.8's with our CAI and Tune. We will start fabbing up our long tube headers and custom exhaust next week and take her back out for more testing!

Texas is tough in the Summer Months. Good times for a fresh car, DA seems to be near +2k, which is where it always seems to be when I run.

I will post the vids once I get home. I left my cable to my video camara at the house. Expect pricing to be around the $399 marker.
