Funny thing while in Fremont last week. I see two detectives in an unmarked unit without a front plate but with the flat plastic piece where the plate bolts on, I yell over to them that Rosseti is going to tag them for that and they laugh.

Thanks, I always wondered what he looked like. I think that I will cable tie my plate on if i know I'm going to be in Fremont during one of his shifts.

That's not a pic of Rosetti; only the type truck he drives. Rosetti has short porcupine black hair, and black stach, and wears wire rim glasses. About same build (Rosetti looks a little smaller) , truck, and uniform though.
