The billet LSR trailing arms and toe rods are lighter than stock and good pieces. They are about 1-1.5lbs lighter but hey every bit helps.

I've been trying to look for another option suspension wise to help decrease weight. I personally don't really want to give up some creature comforts so I will try with whatever option I can get.
All of my BMR chromoly pieces are lighter then the stock pieces they replaced. At some point you trade weight for strength, and I'm very happy with the BMR stuff.

These cars are front biased at 52% front and 48% rear are they not?

Need to lose weight yes but need to balance it out.

Most of the suspension parts are in back.

Just thinking out loud and looking for validation.

While it's stupid expensive the new moser 9" setup looks like it would drop a bunch of weight.

If one hasn't already spent thousands on a bolt in fuel system, suspension and brakes for a 15" setup the cost could be justified. All those things would be much cheaper with standard universal race stuff.

[QUOTE=DietCoke;3745640]No pics of the interior work other then right after I pulled the dash, I didnt take any when I did it. The supports are hiding behind the bumpers, and the dash stuff isn't visible. But yeah, other then brakes/coils I've got a few ideas to get the car to 3500 lbs. It's VERY close. Lexan back glass will drop another 40, and contemplating getting a sheet metal drivers seat to swap in for race days for another 30.

Wondering if anyone has a source to back up the above statement about a lexan back window dropping 40lbs??

Maybe some of the Z/28 literature will have window weights. I seem to remember at least the back window being thinner or something to save weight.
