As reported by GMConnects The Oshawa Flex Plant is indeed going to be shut down the week of Feb 6th and 27th plus an additional week starting March 26th

Any idea why it is being shut down for those weeks? Is it just for assembly line production or is everyone off?

If a vehicle has been released for shipping during these shut down periods they will ship as normally expected. If a vehicle is on the line it will not proceed until plant is reopened. No effect on third party vendors such as the stripe plant. Some plant personnel will be performing maint and other related operations during these shutdowns. These shut down events have been planned for months and in no way reflect any problems or issues..Just scheduled events.
