Mine too. Came in a plastic baggie from the dealer. Might say something about how much GM thinks of its cars. My 2010 Honda came in an embroidered fabric one. With pockets for insurance card and registration, along with the warranty card and radio code card. My 2008 Solstice came with one similar to the Honda.

I got this black leather pouch for a 2010 Cadillac on Ebay for $26 new including shipping from Canada. Comes with the Cadillac manual! Not Camaro specific but it looks much better in my $40M glove box. Fits perfect. Sure would be embarrassing if someone was rummaging through there looking for mints and spotted that baggie. I may put a racing stripe on it or some LED lighting.

I managed to find a generic neoprene type cover that worked adequately, then went one further and lined the inside of the glovebox with black crushed velvet (like a jewelry box would have). It looks way nicer and the combination is like Velcro such that the manually doesn't slide from side to side (which was driving me crazy)!

the local auto salvage yard is a real good place to find these glovebox accessories

I just checked my glovebox and it came in some sort of silver plastic cover.

I'd imagine if you go and test drive a cpl used chevrolets from used car lots, you could pick them up if they still have the owners manuals. Most used car lots have older vehicles and most likey carry them.
