2010 Camaro SS FULL correction detail
This low mile 2010 came to me shortly after the owner purchased it. He hadn't washed it yet, only the dealer prep (which had done their fair share of damage). He wanted the car perfect, flawless, fully corrected. After discussing exactly what that would entail, he was still up for it. So I got to work. Thankfully since it was so new, there wasn't a long period of neglect I would have to undo. Just tackle the damage the wash jockeys at the dealership were kind enough to install for me. Most full corrections are 30+ hours, but because this was so new, it only took about 15 hours. Once it was all done, the owner and a friend took it out the next day (I finished at 2:30am) and shot some nice pics which I'll include at the end.
Process: Exterior -Foamed with Dawn -Rinsed and Dawn wash -Megs APC 4:1 on wheels/tires -Daytona EZ detail brush -Swissvax Wheel brush -Clayed with Zaino Z18 and Megs Last Touch as lube -Engine with Megs APC 3:1 and various brushes -Tires and black trim with Zaino Z16 Correction -Megs 105 on orange LC 5.5 -Menzerna SIP on white LC 5.5 -Menzerna 106FA on black LC 5.5 LSP -Zaino ZAIO -Zaino Z5pro x2 -Zaino Z6 Upon arrival and inspection.... Some of the RIDS (random isolated deep scratches) that the dealer was kind enough to install... Scratches on the trunk lid.... Rear quarter looking ship shape again Other side Finished pictures @ 2:30 am lol Full correction shown under LED light for the truth. Sun pics next. Pics shot by owner and friend the next day out in the sun. Correction achieved. Thanks for looking! As always, comments and questions welcomed!

Very nice work! Wish there was someone around here who would do the same correction to my black SS. Bought it with plenty of dealer-installed scratching of the clear coat

Awesome job, car never looked that good coming off the assembly line.
Question for you why did you decide to go with Zaino and not BFWD like you did on that black ss you just did. I just find the slickness and durability better and was wondering if it was yours or the owners choice. Either way you did a amazing job. |

Nice work. I love the mirror shine you get from Zaino. And the durability is second to none. Great job.

No, it IS from Zaino. I use it all the time and it makes the car shine. Big time. And it's very durable.
