I think so too. I took a better picture of them as well as a few of the mods going into the car soon.

This was EXTREMELY inspiring... I read every single page, clicked on every single link and watched every single video...

I JUST bought my 2011 2SS and will begin modding it sometime next month (after I change all the fluids out, oil, and overall healthy maintenance) but this has been an overall inspiring thread once again...

I don't know where to start (maybe CAI?), but I hope to someday fall in love with it and enjoy modding it just as you did!

Those calipers look great man. Wait till you put them on, they look bad ass and the braking improvements are noticeable. I know I love mine on my 1LE.

Much appreciated. I'll post plenty of pics when I put them on next week!

Glad you liked it. A CAI is a good place to start. I recommend the one I bought or a Vararam.

I've had several people ask me about my license plate mount on the front so I finally got around to taking some pics detailing how it attaches to the license plate and how it attaches to the bumper. Installed two bolts under the lower splitter, where the mount is held on by two wing nuts. The wing nuts are so the plate and mount can be easily removed for shows or racing or what have you. The plate attaches using 3 of its mounting holes. This prevents it from bending in the wind. The plate has been attached in excess of 100 mph so it's quite sturdy. And the mount weights nearly the same as the license plate itself.
