what exactly was so different between the LLT and LFX that made tuning the LLT so difficult anyways?

LLT has a Bosch ECU that is not used in many American cars or supported by common tuning systerms. The LFX has a different version ok the Delphi ECU used in most GM cars.

Support for the LLT should pick up as soon as the new GM V8's hit the market hard as they have Bosch ECU's now. Especially when the 6th gen hits with that same ECU.

IPS TWIN TURBO for the LLT

I haven't heard this rumor, but If it's true I would guess they would do it to make the cars harder to tune and mess with?

I am pretty sure the new Silverado and Stingray have the Delphi ECU. That doesn't mean the 6th Gen will, but I hope so.

I'm almost 100% positive the LT1 and the V8s in the Silverado trucks use Delphi ECUs. I haven't heard anything of them going back to Bosch.

IF it's true it's probably due to lower costs

It was a old article I read awhile ago before the first Silverado even had hit the road. So guess things have changed and I am wrong.

I was kind of hoping it was true just so there would be more tuning support for the LLT, a little bit selfish of me but I'll live lol

Not selfish i'd say the tuning companies are being selfish and lazy not getting in on a market that is drooling for support.
