"M3" roof type spoiler - review w/ pics
Wow - this was pleasant surprise to get this morning. I have had roof spoilers on my BMW and Accord Coupes before, and was not sure how this would look, but I am really impressed with this product. Unlike some of the Chinese products, this is hard molded and made in the US by Sportwing specially for the 13 Camaro, so here's some points:
1. the fit is perfect and the "curve" in the product hugs the window so you are not stressing the product to bend it around the rear window. This is the biggest diff in this product and the Chinese stuff like Wingking & shadowspeed. 2. The shipping packaging is overkill - with bubble wrap, blockers and tied in place in the box...No fed ex employees dribbling this to your door. 3. the VHB tape is complete along the edges, so no gaps when you look close 4. the color paint to match is dead on and without flaw I highly recommend this product if you like the look, I do Link Here: http://sportwing.com/Chevrolet-Camar...13-RLUR-CAMARO Note - this is just sitting on the glass - not installed yet

This looks really great!
Any functional use? I know they are sometimes used to keep the rear of the car a little cleaner... have you noticed anything different? |

for some reason, people tell me it lowers the car look...not height, but a roadster look...rear screen stays cleaner on a trip
but it all about the look for me...and I think you need a trunk spoiler that matches a bit (not a wing) |

I just ordered this. I really tried hard this time to talk myself out of another mod. Oh well, maybe next time.
I had to call them because my paint color was not listed. I talked an extremely pleasant person who added the color to the web site. Unfortunately, there was something wrong on the site, so I had to call back. I spoke with another extremely nice person and placed the order. I've never heard of this company, but they sure have great service so far. |
