well its been one week since my baby was stolen I had friend call me said he saw it someone was driving it I called onstar they still couldnt get a signal and I have both keys he couldnt keep up with her

Ouch!! That hurts even more. I dont know about you, but if my car was ever stolen, I dont think I'd even want it back. No telling how much damage could have been done, even from extensive "joy-riding".

Any update on your insurance situation? Is there a certain time required before they buy you a new car??

Yep, if the car ends up recovered as damaged, the insurance company will total it and take possession of the title. The company settles with the op and the lender. Amount settled for depends on the amount remaining on the loan. If the op is upside down on the loan, he will owe money to walk away from the stolen car. No one wins in these cases.
Ins co like to wait 30 days for recovery results before settling the claim.

sorry for your loss man, thats a great looking car, i love the color combo. i hope it is returned to you, i think i would be absolutely sick if someone stole a car like that from me. someone broke into my truck and stole my radio and that was bad enough, i couldn't imagine being in your situation.
