Thanks, took the trans out yesterday, to my surprise it looked like just the Bell took beating, but that was until the trans fluid was half silver, half red :/ so I think that's junk, motor seems ok, have to get a new starter to fire it. and I could move the pinion in the diff by hand, and the strange tire wear indicates that the old gm 10 bolt may just be warped, which contributes to a lot of issues.. Will keep everyone updated though.
