If you think all CAI's are just a tube with a filter on the end, then it joins the club. I can gaurantee you that it won't produce 20whp, or even half that.

You're better off stuffing the stock air box with paper towels.

Id stay away from an Intake product/company that puts this in there ad:

Aluminum Construction will not lose power due to heat soak like Mild Steel

LMAO yea...okkkkk. Besides, who the **** makes an intake out of mild steel? lol

Did you buy a cheap car?

No? Then don't buy it cheap parts. You get what you pay for.

that looks like it belongs in a 94 civic.

you could get a nice reputable CAI for roughly the same price, used on the classifieds forum!

The company is UPR. Last I knew they were Mustang guys. I'm surprised they're making, or trying to make, stuff for the Camaro. I've bought several items from the over the years. But with this, I'd have to say you're better off passing on it. If you're looking to save money then try to find a used intake in the classifieds section.

Looks like any other intake out there with open construction. For the money I would try it.

Key word is LOOKS. There's more to the better intakes than just a tube with a filter on the end.

Cheap intake could even cause issues for you. Look at how Vararam has a tune and no tune intake, they didn't do that for no reason. Cheap crap will function like cheap crap.
