We want a convertible too, but we may wait. For a variety of reasons, but the main one is the over the top dealer markups that's going to return on them. If you preorder one, make darn sure you get it as MSRP or less, otherwise, you'll likely pay more than we will later on even with GM price hikes.

Has anyone heard if the Camaro Convertible will have a Power Top?

On Corvettes, the power top is pretty convenient

Contact droptop customs, they can build you one there shop is near mine, the last time I went in there they had five camaro's with the tops cut off.

Why would you say something like that? Last I checked, she did just fine blowing the doors off 4th Gen Camaros in stoplight races in her hot rod Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 AWD Don't be scared, its just a soccer mom

No question they WILL have power tops. My 2001 has a very convenient power top. Pop the two latches above the sun visors and hit the power button and down in less than a minute (probably more like 30 seconds).

Please do post info if your dealer has actual GM generated information. Although I'm pretty sure the MODS will post on the homepage the data as soon as it is released from a reliable source. My daily routine is to check the front page for a release of specs available and order acceptance date. I won't even bother with a dealership until the info is posted here as I always know more than they do (and they are honest about it). So the waiting continues
