As a last resort, maybe you could pull the battery cable overnight and then drive it like you stole it.

That is the exact thing that happened to me! I sold it.

I highly doubt it will be denied. If they do deny it then more of an excuse to mod it....I mean come on who buys a camaro to keep it stock?

Been talking to the wife more and she is just tired of me being upset about the car and why the sell talk is coming up. So if I do not mention my frustration to her anymore maybe I can work it out to keep the car if GM gets moving on it.

you doubt you would have warranty issues later? With all the recent issues on the new camaro a warranty is a precious thing right now. that was just silly.

I think you should do like rpepka and just sell the thing to some average joe who wants a Camaro real bad and dont tell them anything about it. Then just find one at a dealership and make sure you can test drive it and time it and what-not to make sure its up to specs. This may be easier said than done but I hope you can get this resolved somehow.

I think you would have to disclose to someone buying the car that there is a problem with it, it's a shifty thing to do otherwise.

How come you do not take it to a tuner? At least to lean it out a bit.

Disclose what?? GM says there is nothing wrong therefore nothing to disclose. Sell it before the production catches up and they are readily available on the lots!!

As long as you have some kind of documentation from the dealer stating that their is a rich issue, go to a reputable Corvette shop and have them lean it out if only to find the proper settings. Then go back to GM and ask them for a response as to why those setting are not tolerable.
