Had that have been a male driver the police officer would have shot his @ss as soon as he stepped out of the vehicle. Woman prob blamed it on her hormones and got off with a warning. Then again, maybe she just needed help performing a burnout. Over in the streetbike world I've seen idiots (that cannot ride) use parking curbs against the front wheel to do burnouts... same thing here???

Most do, but the guy in the first car can't seem to manage a U-turn so he just pulls into the driveway. Later you can see him trying to back out w/o success...
