Brembo Brake Caliper Color POLL, Please choose
My Car is off to the body shop and I need to let them know what color for the calipers. I can have any custom color I desire.
I have a Black/Black SS no Stripes and I am not going for the Darth Vadar look. Red seems so common and Yellow is right up there with Porsche and Ferrari. I was really thinking of Silver with a red Brembo logo just like the Motorsport Calipers. I also thought black with a white logo. I dont want my brakes to be the center of attention on an already awesome designed car. I am only doing the calipers because the OEM finish SUCKS. Poll Options Red Yellow Silver Black Gunmetal Gray Gold |

...but if I ever do mine, they will be body color, ABM.
Red would be nice on the black car.

Yeah I see some pics on here and to be honest my favorite is when guys do them in body color it looks so clean and not too Hondy Civic.
I dont think I can go wrong with black or silver. I think Red is just over the top for a Camaro. It looks killer if I had some huge 15.5 Brembo Brake kit with some two piece rotors then yeah red will be cool just to show off the $8k brake kit. |

Here are some pics. I really Dig the Silver with red logo. I love the machined Brembo Motorsport Calipers but thats going to be major work to achieve that finish.

Saw the gold on a Fesler car on the Baer Website I didnt like the look. The photo I posted is overexposed with flash so it looks cool.

I had the silver with black logo on my 2008 Mercedes E63 AMG. Kinda can get an idea on the look with the darker wheel etc.
It doesnt stand out thats for sure. and the silver doesnt show much GLOSS on such a small caliper. Black might be the way to go |

Mike the Blue looks great on your car on a black car I will get the black and blue comments all the time I just see that coming in NYC for sure.
One of my favorite cars was a Hamman Lambo Lp640 in white, blue leather and blue calipers is looks amazing |

Haha, for sure you will!
On black I think Silver would look best. I like contrasting colors, but black and red is too played out I think. It looks good, don't get me wrong, but I think silver would look better for sure. That pic of the AMG caliper looks perfect.

My black 2SS/RS is at paint right now - I went with inferno orange for the calipers. My interior is IO also. Will post pics as soon as it comes back. |

I was going to use Lamborghini Orange since that color looks INSANE on a car. Cant wait to see your car. Do you have stripes? I also think on a black car silver and flat black stripes look the best. Mike yes the AMG caliper does look very nice and its subtle and not in your face. Dont get me wrong I love red on a Ferrari or Porsche but thats where it ends for me. |
