Hey there, yeah i've been doing all those things. I have my pop-up blocker off for both Chrome and IE, and I have been getting the "request a quote" popup, but that's it. Just no luck with the private offer. This is bumming me out. Oh well, too late I guess. I'm probably going in tomorrow (28th) to do the paperwork to at least lock in the $500 consumer cash back. The private offer would've been nice, but it's obviously not a deal-breaker. Thanks guys for the tips though, if only they'd work!

On which screen will this offer pop up? Current offers? Is it in addition to the national 500 rebate?

From the guide I was following, either the "request a quote" or the "private offer" will pop up when you are viewing inventory. I've been trying off and on the last two days and can only get the "request a quote" to pop up. But that seems normal (sadly) as I've read the private offers are generally only in the second half of the month. And it will be in addition to the now $1000 incentive.

I had them pop up on the main page for the Camaro, in the middle of building a car, and while checking inventory. However, YMMV since it is random. The last one I was able to coax out was a few days before the end of Feb.

They started appearing again on the 14th.

They are apparently used to increase end of month sales, thus not available the first two weeks of the month.
