I got one last month. I got a private offer on the first try. Too bad my car was bayed for a month. The offer has since expired.

It's a discount towards a Camaro purchase. The ones we have seen online are for a $1000 off.

I just went to Chevrolet.com, and selected build your own, I built what I wanted, and hit refresh a couple of times, and bam, it came up.

I must have spent 3 hours yesterday trying to get one.

I got a private offer on the 17th. It expires on the 31st. I am going in today to finalize my car purchase. The car is shipped and supposed to arrive early next week. So I just squeaked in on not losing the offer.

I took 7 tries and it popped up.

I'm heading to a dealership on Saturday to hopefully buy one. I guess I should start looking around for one of these.

So you just have to mess around online with Camaros and eventually an offer will pop up?

-Nevermind. I found the thread with the post and the instructions on how to get one.

I know how I'm spending my afternoon!

I built a hot wheels 2SS at the chevy site, at the end total I just hit the start over tab and picked 2SS hot wheels package 6 more times and it popped up on the 7th try.

My dealer took it today plus I took the low finance over the 1000.00 cash back on a new Camaro.

Deal is done, now it's up to the shipping dept to get my ordered car to me. Dealer says they were told weds of this coming week

1) open IE
2) ctrl+shift+delete (clears cache)
3) goto chevrolet.com
4) top bar / click on cars and select Camaro
5) click "Learn More"
6) change color (I don't think it's needed, but I read to do it and I did it each time)
7) scroll down and select "Build Your Own"
8) build a car - options don't matter
9) on the summary page, change the Zip Code
10) Select "Search Inventory"
11) Select "View Details". If nothing appears, go back, and select another. If nothing appears goto 3.

If nothing appears after a 2nd pass, then goto 2 and try again.

For me, I was getting the "Request a Quote" or the "Private Offer" every 2nd or 3rd pass. Once you get a response, goto 2 and start over.
