Not that it matters because I'm sure you have your reasons, but why? I like the looks of it as is...

I don't like the slip-on crap that you get at your local auto parts store, etc.
If you must have a steering wheel cover, I'd get one of these:
https://www.wheelskins.com/

It costs a bit more and requires some work to install but the Wheel Skins are much better than the slip-on stuff.

Gojo wipes for your hands. I'm a truck driver and get greasy handling gladhands and dollies.

The materials most susceptible to grease/grime on hands is the leather-wrapped wheels. Sweat/salt, grease, and grime can really degrade not only the stitching but also the leather/plastic coated leather over time. Urethane, not so much. Wear on urethane wheels is usually due to friction and people "palming" the wheel when turning.

Your steering wheel is urethane, which is less susceptible to dirty handling. A weekly wipe-down with a pH-neutral cleaner is probably your best bet in lieu of covering the wheel itself.

If you really want a steering wheel cover, I'd recommend one of those generic leather wraps that are available in a variety of circumferences. I just took one off of a 12 year old urethane steering wheel on a Dodge truck, used by a railroad foreman. The wheel is perfect underneath (the rest of the truck...ehhh....). They're cheap (<$50) and easy to put on. They require almost zero care.

Let us know how it goes, and good luck!
