Dyno Day videos!

Well I can honestly say it was a successful event. Good turnout and lot's of fun. The food they had was EXCELLENT! Kudo's to the chef. She did great and everyone appreciated it. It was great talking with everyone and fun to see everyone pop their Dyno cherry! lol We even Dynoed the tow truck! lol Sorry guys that left early you missed it! Here's the vids I took.

They are all in HD but you may have to select it as I think it defaults to 480p.

It was on a Dyno-Max dyno. It seemed to read a bit lower than most. I think Paul's lower numbers were do to him only having 1600 miles still, what really threw me was when Bee's went up it's numbers fell right inline with where an L99 should be. So Who knows! lol It was still a fun day.

Nice vids of the big monitor, I reviewed them for some info. Ken Hoffman made 342 hp and his torque was about the same number. I only made 326 hp, but my torque maxed out at 340 at 4600 rpm's. Not sure what this means but it is interesting. I am not happy about being down 100 horsepower at the rear wheels.

You could always try the fuse pull. It's possible you got some bad gas. Also you haven't even changed it's oil yet! That alone could hurt it a bit. I mean it's been in there for over a year! Of course since you're putting it away for the winter I'd wait till you take it out next year. Keep in mind you only did one pull. Normally you would do 3 pulls and it would probably have gone higher.

I think they did the pull in 6th gear! Does it matter if traction controll is on or off?

Traction control should be off but 6th gear wouldn't matter. Although the dyno probably wouldn't have liked it spinning to 155mph. Of course if it was in 5th or 6th it would have hit the speed limiter long before 6500 rpm's.

I wouldn't worry to much. I would say if you're REALLY concerned do the fuse pull and see if it feels any different, but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
