Not exactly C5-related...

...but it does have to do with cars and guns!

Check out the WHIO video first, then the guy's first-hand account of the shooting. Not often you get commentary to go with a justified shooting.

Here's my favorite toy

Steyr AUG A3 SA

I have many others including a Bushmaster AR, a Bulgy AK 74, and a M1 Garand, but this has got to be one of the most fun in my collection to shoot.

He told me that was the best damn answer he ever heard.

Nope, gun cost $2000, car cost $2500. Plus I've done some work to the car.

Nice!! I have been kicking around the idea of getting another rifle, and keep coming back to the AUG A3. Other then fun factor, hows it shoot compared to you Bushmaster AR?

Oh its definatly got the fun factor, less recoil and I believe that it shoots more accurately than my AR. Only thing is plan to spend an extra $200 or more unless you got some backup BIUS or some spare optics lying around, the rifles usually come without sights. its also a good alternative to a short barred rifle, to have an AR the same length you'd need about a 7.5" barrel.

I too have been tossing around the idea of getting a AUG A3 but I've read that they constantly have failure to feed and failure to eject issues.

What kind of experience do you have with this?

These @ 100 yards with my sub-$200 Aimpoint Micro clone:

The failure to feed and eject might be that you're using a defective Steyr Magazine (I have one) or you have a defective Gen IV MSAR clone.

I shot a FN5-7 a while back when they first came out.... they're pretty cool, a big pricy for what you get IMO. I've got 2 Smith and Wesson M&P .40's (full size and a compact) and I'm thinking about a FNP40.... not a big fan of the FNX line, the grips just aren't comfortable to me . I can understand wanting more grip.... but geez!
