Well here it is, my 2001 Camaro SS. It was a really tuff decision to put this car up for sale, I have put a lot of time and effort into it but an upgrade is in order. I purchased this car in Texas and it has always been garage kept. It has never seen snow and I never drive it in the rain unless I get caught. I'll give you my opinion because I'm on the outside looking in. While your car is clean, and probably in good shape too...here's the cons...
-it's a decade old
-about half the price of a 5th gen
-its modified....usually detracts from the value
-price might be a little high. I know how you feel tho, it's probably worth more to YOU, but how much idls it really worth to someone else
-your posting a car on the internet, which likely has only a handful of people in your area seeing this thread....and then how many are in the market for a forth gen? I'd put it on craigs list locally or in the classifieds.

You'll probably get closer to 10k for it in the end. Not bashing you by any means, I like 4th gens and always wanted one....but they dont hold much value. Good luck to you!

Nice car!

Try and post it over on LS1 tech, you should be able to get the asking price over there.

Thanks, I don't want to sell it but I do need room in my garage for my next camaro. I have it listed LS1 tech as well. That was the first place I put it up, but figured to post it here also.

Try selling on LS1tech.com. Lot's of 4th gen people there. It's where I sold my '01 SS over a year ago. FYI though, I sold mine for $8500 with the same miles and it was loaded. Not as many mods but 4th gens aren't bringing a lot right now.

Good luck though!
