Corvette C7 steering wheel on Camaro? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Anybody know if the Corvette steering will fit the 5th gen? Or better yet, has anyone tried it? I love love love my car but the steering wheel is hideous and unreasonably large. Also it seems really thin. My 2015 Audi A4 has a thicker steering wheel. There doesn't seem to be that many aftermarket steering wheels so we're quite limited in that aspect but the Corvette steering seems really really nice. My other option is a racing wheel (sparco, momo etc.) but that means bye bye airbags.

I'm interested in this too, but I doubt anyone has tried. Best bet might be to find a wrecked c7 and get the steering wheel off of it to see if it fits, if it doesn't you could always take it back.

I was just going to ask the same thing. I would love to put a carbon fiber steering wheel in my car and the Z06 wheel looks great

It'll pretty much work. The only thing is the sensors for the air bag between camaro and corvette are different so you will run in to trouble there.
