I'd get a complete catback. I'll get you data on the 3" TSP Stainless catback in the morning. The kit will also bolt right up to the TSP stainless headers when you get ready for headers. If I can get you a package price on this setup & the tsp intake just let me know!

I'd recommend the cat-back as well. I love my Borla Stinger and it will plug right into my Kooks headers with high flow cats (once they get here).

there are better CAIs than K&N but i say just do the cat back. alot more joy out of it and still some performance. probably about the same as a CAI

You will get both eventually.....got with CAI and worry with the exhaust at a later time. BTW - Pypes has a cat back special going on right now and they have one nice sounding system: http://www.pypesexhaust.com/newproducts.html
