The oil filter housings are removable. I would post a pic, but its not online to upload and hosting sites are blocked here at work. Same long block and guts from the Acadia/cts etc and the Camaro, different oil filter adapter and various bolt on parts like the pan and common water pumps etc.

I wonder if the difference in manifold, exhaust, plumbing etc can all add up to the stock power in the 2010s compared to a Traverse.
I thought the Camaro LLTs had upgraded timing, air/fuel mapping and other changes that made more power. Or...I am talking out of my ass.

Glad that has been settled and happy to be proven wrong! I was seriously confused but trusted the place I bought it. Guess the dealership I bought the car from had no idea what was in the 2012 car.
