Anyone lower a 1LE?
Interested how the 1LE struts handle lowering springs. Could be a lower cost solution for my 2014 SS. The "seat of the pants" feel on the SS tells me the struts don't have a lot of margin left for stiffer springs?

I'm thinking of lowering mine also.
I read a post that said the 1LE shocks were more suitable to be lowered. I would like to get more opinions my self though. |

Pete from pedders has mentioned their lowering springs in the rear would be an improvement since the rear is somewhat high with a stock rake.
I'd be wary of playing with the spring rates too much unless you really knew what you are doing. |

Mine is lowered on Eibach springs. Nothing to compare to though as I bought it like that. Seems fine to me though. Ride quality is firm but I went from a stock height 1LT on 18" tires to a 1LE lowered on low pro Goodyears.
