If you've booked online...I cannot stress enough that we need to ensure you are with our group's block. It's part of our agreement with the hotel that our event will fill rooms rooms. The only way to keep track of that is if you use our group code: "Camaro5Fest". This is connected to our privacy in the parking lot, and group rates, etc... If you didn't specify "Camaro5Fest" during booking, (and even putting it in the notes doesn't guarantee it, especially not with third-party booking agencies), please seriously consider canceling your reservation, and RE-BOOKING using either the 800 numbers above,[below].

Remember - this isn't all about prices. While lower cost is nice, we really need to have as many of you accounted for in our group's room block as possible.

I understand that canceling and rebooking will be inconvenient, but if you would consider doing us that favor - we'd greatly appreciate it.

That link gives no way to choose how many nights. It's only one option for 7 nights.

Same issue here. I cancelled the reservation I made through the hotel website. When I use the Camaro5Fest link to reserve, it defaults to 7 days. I really dont feel like waiting on the phone to make the reservation. How do we adjust the amount of days?
