yeah, but the host hotel is where all the stuff happens. When you stay at another hotel you miss all the fun, ask Adam and Steve. they didn't stay at the hotel and missed out on a lot of things.

well, looking at the map, there are a couple hotels that are right next to the host. probably a couple hundred yards away. would just have to stumble back to the hotel lol

Ohhhhh that is not bad. Still don't think we can go, it is at an awful time of the year.

I didn't think 109 was a bad price. wonder if there is a better discount with military/government ID. I was going to book a room, but I saw that you needed to put a deposit down. and they are sold out anyway. contemplating getting a room at the courtyard. I think that's free, up to 24 or 72 hours before the reservation.

yeah, then there's the 26 hour drive, or 1850miles. figure it would cost about 300-400 on gas, one way. Plus the 7 days of vacation we would have to take...

Yeah I don't know if I can swing taking 40 hours off work. I don't think gas will be that much. Fest 3 was less than $100 in gas. That was 12 hours

If we traveled with Alex and Sarah, and drove straight there, we wouldn't have to worry about staying at any hotels on the way, and also not use as many vacation days. maybe leave Wednesday and then be back home Monday, back to work Tuesday.
