Thumbs up Wedge racing seat brackets

I couldn't find anything but the Planted for about 150, so I took a chance on this thing from Wedge. Theyre about $80 and can be customized to whatever seat you have.

They fit just like the factory seats, they feel robust and are ~ $80... there is even a machined female hole (giggity) for the factory seat belt.

Thumbs up if youre looking for a bracket.

Awesome find. It looks like it sits a little lower than the Planted bracket also. What Seat are you mounting to it?

I bought a plastic RCI for the test fit/passenger seat. Now that i know it works, i need to find something decent for me. I need suggestions... about 17" wide and a 20° layback would be nice

It does look like it sits lower than the Planted version, and is probably a lot lighter - how tall is it?

Not tall... the front lateral bar is touching the carpet.

Hey I'm looking at this aswell. I've got a Corbeau fixed back seat I'm looking to fit but I don't want to do alot of rework to make it happen..do you mind measuring the distance between the current mounting holes, laterally? Really just looking for the distance between the bars. I'm hoping 90% of these aftermarket seats have similar mounting patterns.

The holes you see drilled to mount my seat are from measurements i gave them. They already have corbeau, sparco, recaro, etc. seat measurements. If you want to make sure they will fit just call them. Custom mounting holes and typical mounting holes are the same price.

Is that what you meant?

Yeah, exactly. I definitely should have just googled them. Thanks.

Thumbs up

Just installed mine. Nice fitment.

Only complaint (and this is no fault of the bracket) is height with my fixed back selected seat. If you have a tall torso like me and are racing...I really think these cars are best off with a side mount or a seat with built in recline. The sunroof doesn't help lol

Can you take a picture of the front hooks that slide in? The planted ones were always loose I had to make spacers to pry ine side up so the hooks would catch. The planted is also bery heavy and nice to see that these sit a bit lower.

Would appreciate the pictures, tx!
