1967 - 1969 2.5" Chambered Exhaust

Just letting everyone know about the new Sweet-Thunder.com 2.5" chambered exhaust system now available. Most people know there are versions of the factory 1969 chambered exhaust being made, but all are made like the original using 2-1/4" / 2" pipe. Now you can get a 2.5" system that fits both CONVERTIBLE and Coupe. The system comes with all the hangers and gaskets. Till the 15 of this month they're selling for 675 and after will be available for 750

Two questions:

1. Will it fit on a big block with stock manifolds?

2. Is it available with exahaust tips that turn down like in '67, or just the straight out the back '69 style?

Its built for small blocks now, and the big block will come soon. Tips point out the back like the 69

They are loud when you get on the gas and when you let off. I would not suggest it if you are going to be driving your car often. Lot's of guys regret it.

Everone has their opinions i personally dont agree that these systems are too loud. I have a chambered system that I drive every day and on trips of several thousand mile per outing. They do sound great when you romp on it thats why they were put on the 69s. As for the 396 option Sweet-Thunder make the system pictured above for the small block , still working on the big block head pipes so unless the car has headers and you'd plan to chop the head pipes they're not there yet.
