Oh man, I love that clip. Its a few years old, between 2002 and 2006. Its from a show called "This Hour Has 22 Minutes", I doubt that many of you even have the chance to watch it, it airs on the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation or as it is sometimes know, the Communist Brainwashing Channel, will explain if asked). Basically it is a political satire type show along the lines of The Colbert Report and and Daily Show, but mostly focusing on Canadian politics. And one thing to note, many Canadians are VERY passionate about most of those things that were mentioned. I live just under you guys, Buffalo/western New York - and we get CBC...and this hour has 22 minutes. But I've never seen that clip before - I literally was laughing my a$$ off.

Oh, and explain that Communist thing, if you would - never heard that, either, feel like I should've

Well, the CBC is a crown corporation, which means that it is esentially owned by the government (or possibly the queen, or perhaps every Canadian, I'm not really sure). Anyway, it is partially funded by the federal government, which has for the most part been the Liberals (kinda the Canadian version of the Democrats) who are in power the majority of the time. Also, the shows like 22 min have a noticible lean towards the left. That leads extreme right wingers to claim that it is the 'Communist' (Liberal) governement that is trying to brainwash the population using the CBC.
