Decided we are going to head out to Tulsa Raceway Park on May 3rd to see how the track is there. Hopefully my new tune is in by then.

We went to the track last night and had a good time. I only managed to record 5 of the 7 races we raced together. We swapped cars for 3 of the runs, I could not get her car to get under 2.4 second 60' time. Need to keep practicing.

Nice runs!

Try lowering rear tire pressure to 23-27 psi, I gained .1-.2 tenths in the 60 foot by doing this.

Or let the cars sit for an hour or so when you get there, let it be cool enough so you can touch engine block without getting burned.

My friend installed custom intake manifold for his 3.7 mustang !

You should look into it

Hmmmm... i know exactly who built that intake manifold.... I know exactly who tested it out.... and I was there when they dyno tested it...

Don't know how your friend would have got his hands on the prototype... I think he's just showing you the prototype.... there is no way he actually has it or installed it!

The Camaro is good, but the LLT needs better tuning support. That and our auto has an open diff while the Mustang has the LSD. Hopefully GM will make a performance minded v6 for the 6th gen.

Nice, if it comes in Grabber Blue my wife would be begging me for it. What kind of intake would it use though, looks like the throttle body us where the 5.0 would be.

Also, here is my wife's best time she ran. It was her 2nd run that night against a Camaro LSX 376 supercharged. She was in the right lane.

Well that sucks. At least the stock intake doesn't heat soak like the LLT's.

I still need to figure out how to launch her car. I had traction control off and on the 3rd run the tires started spinning so I backed off and the damn thing shifted into 2nd. Floored it to get it back into 1st. I think I'm just hitting the throttle too hard, seems like once the car is moving a little bit you can easily floor it then. Also seems like the launches are slowing down for me, I'm able to feel what is happening more.
