I recently Bought a 2010 Camaro 2SS, to upgrade my from my 1LS. I was reading on the forums and noticed that a 2SS should come equipped with "Rear Electronic Parking Aid With Ultrasonic Sensors" which mine does not have. Before I got back to the dealer can anyone confirm that a 2010 2SS should come standard with "Rear Electronic Parking Aid With Ultrasonic Sensors". Does anyone have a list of differences between 1ss and 2ss?

early 10s don't have it. late 10s do

The cuttoff was around #50,000 or before September of 09 before they started using the backup sensors.

You're better off without 'em. Unless you're an idiot you can back up without them, and the bumper looks way nicer without them on it.

I like it - makes up for the portal windows in the back.

It's kind of a "neat" feature but is hardly used for me. It beeps like crazy when I back out of the garage and nothing is directly behind me.

They started putting the sensors on in September, my car was one of the first with them and it was delivered on September 17 of 2009.
