I agree, its looks as close to the current size as my eyes can see...

Betting this beast will be priced on a level with the Shelby... Now the INTERESTING thing will be availability compared to the GT500... a year ago when I was shopping, I wanted to get the Shelby, but my dealer (Tasca Fodr - one of the oldest/largest in the country) was alloted a tiny handful of units per u=year... had to lay down $20k deposit, AND you were even then not guaranteed to get one as the allocations were made by FORD and not the dealer... so I said "thanks, anyway... lemme go check out this new Camaro my buddy the CamaroGuy has been beating me over the head with"...

the rest is history, and I've never looked back!

gonna call the dealership soon and see if they can give me any info, at least put my name on a list to get contacted when this becomes official
Because if they did any badge redesign, they'd be giving it away. Plus the badge designs might not be finalized, anyway. Why confirm more rumor and speculation.

And that long one on the front fender...methinks it says "supercharged" under that one

The front brakes appear to be the CTS-V brakes?

How much to you think it weighs? 4,000 or more?

Do you think GM will price it below a Corvette and have it outhandle and out accelerate a Corvette? The 2011 GT500 with the SVT suspension as the pictured car has will indeed run with a base Vette. for me is doesn't matter I have kids and can't consider a Corvette. But if I just paid 60k for my new Grand Sport and a 50k Camaro beat me up at the track I would be pissed.

I'm looking at this from a different perspective, please don't flame me...I'm not trying to stir the pot.
My feelings are that this car may not be the Z/28, it maybe a 'monster' version of the SS. I don't quite believe that GM will go the supercharger route for the Z/28...I'm still thinking we will see a different motor in the Z/28, not just a supercharged version of a current offering in the camaro. That's my .02¢, and i'm stickin to it!

Well its time to get 'un-stuck' from your opinion because there have been spy photos of a mule with '6.2 supercharged V8' written on the dash
