Interrupt power to door and console ABL? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Does anyone know if there is 1 spot that I can cut into to interrupt power to the door ABL and console ABL (automatic shift indicator). I want to install a switch so I can have normal operation on one pole, and external power on the other pole. I plan to install new lighting controlled by my night owl, but the only way to have power to my modules is if the lights are on or the car is on. With the switch I could power up the modules at any time. Any thoughts?

AFAIK, you would have to break the wires at the BCM. Note that the dash lighting and ABL are separate (if your car has ABL from the factory).
