Welcome to the site. Not a dumb question. They are NOT available from the factory and will likely be illegal if you add them aftermarket. Red lights are generally reserved for emergency vehicles only.

EDIT: Just read this in another thread. It is a response to the same question.

What colors are you allowed to display on the front of your car other than Yellow and White/Blue?

I understand red on the front of a car may confuse a driver to believing that they are taillights but what about something Green or Orange?

You can DO whatever you want. I am just implying what may or may not get you a ticket.

These laws are generally state specific, so I would check your state for specifics. Generally amber and white are only allowed on the front and the number of lights is limited.

Each state is different, but I was under the impression there was Federal ruling on Headlamp coloration. The BMWs have a simliar halo combination and those are considered a portion of the head lamps which would make the red illegal. In Florida, white is prohibited behind the A pillar, Red is prohibited in front of the C pillar which would make the reds illegal on that basis as well.

ANY Blues are illegal solid or strobing in most states....some (I take it S.C.) are exceptions. Personally I wouldnt want blue regardless ... seems like an attention grabber and I don't care for the attention of my car to be on lighting.

All resulting in about $100 bucks, but hey....no points haha

Red's and darker blues are illegal on a federal level and thus are illegal in all states. Whitish blue's are legal however.

Yep...check your state laws. The traffic code for your state will tell you EXACTLY what is acceptable for your lights...front and back. No reds or blues on the front are allowed, i think, on any vehicles in any state unless it's an emergency vehicle.

Welcome to the forum!! Its nice to see another Canadian join!

Yeah like all of us said the red looks so bad a$$ but will be illegal to put on but then again so r full limo tints and I've had that for almost 3 years now! Paid a fine or two etc.

But at pitch black night I think the halo's would look mean as hell!

Hey, a guy from Swift Current! Nice to meet ya, I'm from toon' town. Anyways, I can say for sure that red lights in front are illegal in Saskatchewan, and I have the ticket to prove it :( . About 5 years ago I had purchased an old POS car and the front signal light covers were missing so I made some out of that red tuck tape. BOOM, ticket. It was about 120 bucks and I had to come get it checked out in 30 days to make sure i fixed it.
Ended up scrapping the car, cause the signal light covers cost more than I paid for the car!

PS Where did you order from?
