1999 Z28 for Sale - $6500
SOLD!!! - THANK YOU!
Here I have a 1999 Z28 (Manual-6) For sale, it's in really good shape and has a bit of work done to it. The vehicle currently has about 92k miles and is a daily driver. I purchased the car with 65k miles on it. This is a maintenance log that I used to keep but I stopped at the point I thought I would never sell the vehicle (it runs really strong, I just took it on a trip to phoenix (450 miles one way) and it pulled 26.3 MPG the whole way there and back, also a smooth ride): 65,000 $55 - Installed K&N Air Filter $50 - Oil Change, Full synthetic ------------------------------ 66,000 $1000 - Transmission synchros replaced (3rd and 4th Gears) $350 - Installed FlowMaster Exhaust (Cat Back) ------------------------------ 72,000 $50 - Oil Change, Full synthetic $200 - Installed new Windshield (cracked) ------------------------------ 73,000 $240 - Alpine CD Deck installed ------------------------------ 75,000 Miles $600 - All 4 new tires GoodYear Eagle F1's $50 - Rear hatch shocks replaced ------------------------------ 77,500 Miles $50 - Sony XS-R1642 Xplod Front Speakers installed (250W, 4-way, 4 ohm impedance, 45W RMS) $50 - Oil Change, Full synthetic, 10W-30 Mobil 1 $15 - Recharged K&N Air Filter $10 - Service Transmission Fluid (4 pints) (transmission leaking) $20 - Fuel injection cleaning $10 - Fuel Filter replaced $50 - Both U-Joints replaced with self greasing joints $30 - Replaced Wire frame on shift boot $15 - Replaced all Instrument light bulbs $400 - Driveshaft replaced (steel fabricated) $50 - Exhaust line repaired ------------------------------ 78,000 Miles $82 - LH/RH T-top holders $61 - Grill $50 - Front/Rear Sway Bar high performance polyeutherane installed $90 - Pioneer Premier TS-A632P Rear Speakers installed (3-way, 220w, 4 ohm impedance, 35w Nominal, Sensitivity 90 db) ------------------------------ 78,500 Miles $300 - K&N FIPK GEN2 #57-3022-2 installed (CAI) $40 - Replaced both belts $92 - Smoke Altezza Tail Lights installed $300 - Dual CCFL Black Halo (Eagle Eyes) Headlights with front/back black bumper lights installed ------------------------------ 78,800 $8 - Serviced Radiator Fluid $50 - Oil Change, Full synthetic ------------------------------ 82,000 $120 to replace Shift boot for small transmission fluid leak $110 to replace Driver side Window Motor $80 Replaced all 8 Spark Plugs with AC Delco Professional's - Iridium Spark Plugs -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm asking 6500, local pick-up only but I could potentially meet you somewhere within driving distance (2-3 hours from Alamogordo NM, 88310) Also I still have all the stock headlights/tailight/side marker light assemblies (altho 2 of them are cracked). I have no pics of the interior although its in pretty good shape, the passenger side seat has minor staining that I couldn't seem to get out (maybe someone else will have better luck) and the dash is cracked (hence it having a dash cover now), outside of that the interior is pretty much flawless. The only two issues I know of is a burnt out halo (one of the two halos on the left side of the vehicle) so I just unplugged them all so it doesn't look funny. The 2nd is a bit of curb rash on one of the wheels that apparently is causing it to leak air, it's had that rash since I owned the vehicle but for some reason is leaking air from there now, So I ordered another wheel off the internet for $150, I can have it mounted for you if you like or just thrown in with the vehicle when it gets here. Other than that this car is a beast (I personally think its faster than my 5th Gen 2SS/RS, not sure if its just cause its not as smooth so it feels like it rips more or if its cause its lighter). Enjoy! P.S. this is my daily driver and I am under no pressure to sell. Last edited by TK; 06-02-2010 at 01:48 PM. |
